Des apprenant.e.s de tout le pays se sont joints \u00e0 la direction de l'Association des Facult\u00e9s de M\u00e9decine du Canada (AFMC) et \u00e0 un doyen associ\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures pour une conversation ouverte sur la meilleure fa\u00e7on de se pr\u00e9parer aux entrevues de jumelage. Les participants ont eu l'occasion de poser des questions, d'obtenir des conseils pratiques et d'explorer des strat\u00e9gies pour les aider \u00e0 briller pendant la saison des entrevues. L'AFMC remercie tous les apprenant.e.s qui ont particip\u00e9 pour leur profond engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques conseils utiles et des points cl\u00e9s partag\u00e9s au cours de la session : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Renseignez-vous sur les programmes.<\/strong> Explorez <a href=\"https:\/\/canprepp.ca\/fr\/\">CANPREPP<\/a> pour en savoir plus sur la structure des programmes, leurs caract\u00e9ristiques uniques et ce qui fait que chacun d'entre eux vous convient. Plus vous serez inform\u00e9, mieux vous pourrez adapter vos r\u00e9ponses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Entra\u00eenez-vous pour les entrevues.<\/strong> R\u00e9pondez de mani\u00e8re authentique : de nombreuses questions n'ont pas de bonne ou mauvaise r\u00e9ponse. Pr\u00e9parez-vous en vous entra\u00eenant avec vos pairs, en vous assurant que votre tenue est professionnelle et en v\u00e9rifiant votre \u00e9quipement technique, notamment votre connexion Internet et votre arri\u00e8re-plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mettez en avant vos points forts.<\/strong> Soyez pr\u00eat \u00e0 discuter de vos r\u00e9alisations avec confiance et enthousiasme.
