{"id":731,"date":"2025-10-07T16:44:31","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T20:44:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medprepp.ca\/?p=731"},"modified":"2025-10-09T14:26:52","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T18:26:52","slug":"measures-to-mitigate-the-effects-of-the-strike-on-learners-in-quebec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medprepp.ca\/fr\/measures-to-mitigate-the-effects-of-the-strike-on-learners-in-quebec\/","title":{"rendered":"Mesures d\u2019att\u00e9nuation des effets de la gr\u00e8ve pour les apprenant.e.s au Qu\u00e9bec"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour faire suite \u00e0 notre communiqu\u00e9 du 2 octobre concernant la gr\u00e8ve qui touche les \u00e9tudiant.e.s au Qu\u00e9bec, l'Association des Facult\u00e9s de M\u00e9decine du Canada est heureuse de faire part des nouvelles mesures mises en \u0153uvre pour en att\u00e9nuer les r\u00e9percussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus de jumelage R1 2026 a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 10 septembre 2025 avec l'ouverture du site Web du Service canadien de jumelage des r\u00e9sidents (CaRMS) aux candidat.e.s. Les dates limites pertinentes sont indiqu\u00e9es ci-dessous :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 octobre: date limite pour la soumission des lettres de recommandation n\u00e9cessitant une traduction par le service de traduction facilit\u00e9 par CaRMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 octobre: date limite pour l'envoi des Dossiers de rendement des \u00e9tudiants en m\u00e9decine (DREM) par les facult\u00e9s canadiennes en vue de leur traduction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 octobre : date limite pour les \u00e9tudiant.e.s qui souhaitent demander la traduction de leur DREM. Les candidat.e.s qui souhaitent faire traduire leur DREM par le service de traduction facilit\u00e9 par CaRMS doivent en faire la demande avant cette date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 octobre : ouverture de la s\u00e9lection des programmes. Les candidat.e.s peuvent commencer \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner les programmes auxquels ils.elles souhaitent postuler et \u00e0 attribuer les documents requis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>21 novembre : date limite pour l'envoi des relev\u00e9s de notes et des DREM ne n\u00e9cessitant pas de traduction \u00e0 CaRMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>26 novembre : date limite pour la soumission des lettres de recommandation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>27 novembre : date limite pour la soumission de toutes les candidatures et de tous les documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>27 novembre : d\u00e9but de l'examen des dossiers par les programmes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>13 janvier 2026 : date limite pour les offres d'entrevue par les programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les doyens des \u00e9tudes de premier cycle du Qu\u00e9bec ont demand\u00e9 au Comit\u00e9 de l'AFMC sur le Jumelage des R\u00e9sidents (CAJR) d'examiner la possibilit\u00e9 de modifier le calendrier du jumelage des r\u00e9sidents R-1 pour 2026 afin de soutenir les \u00e9tudiant.e.s qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois.e.s confront\u00e9s \u00e0 cette situation exceptionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les membres du CAJR ont reconnu qu'il \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s difficile de modifier le calendrier du jumelage et que cela entra\u00eenerait d'autres in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et difficult\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles. Toutefois, dans ces circonstances exceptionnelles, il est essentiel d'adopter une approche flexible, collaborative et compatissante. Afin d'att\u00e9nuer les effets de la gr\u00e8ve des m\u00e9decins sur la capacit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiant.e.s qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois.e.s \u00e0 participer avec succ\u00e8s au jumelage R1 2026, l'AFMC recommande :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les \u00e9tudiant.e.s qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois.e.s qui postulent au jumelage R1 de 2026 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les documents de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence provenant de l'\u00e9tablissement o\u00f9 le candidat.e postule ne doivent pas constituer un crit\u00e8re d'examen du dossier ni, en fin de compte, de classement pour les \u00e9tudiant.e.s qui postulent \u00e0 une facult\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les lettres de recommandation (ou les formulaires de soutien au candidat.e) r\u00e9dig\u00e9es par tout m\u00e9decin en mesure d\u2019appuyer la candidature de l'\u00e9tudiant.e. doivent \u00eatre accept\u00e9es par tous les programmes ; il ne peut \u00eatre exig\u00e9 que le.la candidat.e obtienne une ou plusieurs r\u00e9f\u00e9rences d'un m\u00e9decin exer\u00e7ant dans la discipline sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 laquelle il.elle postule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chaque programme peut demander au maximum deux (2) documents de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 un candidat.e, au lieu du maximum habituel de trois (3).Les \u00e9tudiant.e.s peuvent soumettre 2 ou 3 documents de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, mais les programmes ne peuvent en exiger que 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un DREM complet ne doit pas constituer un crit\u00e8re pour l'examen du dossier ni, en fin de compte, pour le classement ; les DREM incomplets doivent \u00eatre accept\u00e9s. Un DREM incomplet est un DREM dans lequel peuvent manquer les \u00e9valuations finales des stages qui auraient d\u00fb \u00eatre termin\u00e9s \u00e0 la date de soumission, mais qui ne l'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en raison de la gr\u00e8ve. Les DREM ne comprennent pas de commentaires formatifs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, les doyens de l'EMPR du Qu\u00e9bec fourniront aux \u00e9tudiant.e.s dipl\u00f4m\u00e9.e.s de la promotion 2026 une lettre d'accompagnement \u00e0 leur DREM, expliquant l'impact de la gr\u00e8ve des m\u00e9decins sur les documents soumis \u00e0 CaRMS et les possibilit\u00e9s de formation des \u00e9tudiant.e.s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, CaRMS a indiqu\u00e9 qu'il pourrait y avoir une certaine souplesse en ce qui concerne les d\u00e9lais de soumission des documents n\u00e9cessitant une traduction. Les doyens de l'EMPr du Qu\u00e9bec peuvent poursuivre cette d\u00e9marche aupr\u00e8s de CaRMS, \u00e0 condition que les dates limites finales pour la soumission des documents restent inchang\u00e9es (c'est-\u00e0-dire le 14 novembre pour les relev\u00e9s de notes et les DREM, le 26 novembre pour les lettres de recommandation et le 27 novembre pour tous les autres documents ne n\u00e9cessitant pas de traduction).
